Tim Vanheers works at NUCLEO where he is responsible for the policy and future of the organisation.
He co-founded Artshizzle which specialises in mediation and organises art-based activities and workshops.
Next to this, he collaborates with artists, designers, architects and others in the cultural field. He writes texts such as artist statements, bios, press and exhibition texts. He also organises exhibitions, often taking on larger projects, focusing on communication and organisatorial aspects.
Tim is a member of the boards of Level Five, a Brussels-based cooperative studio for and by artists, and of Design Undisciplined (formerly Artecetera), a non-profit platform that researches and promotes the intersections of design, craft and contemporary visual arts.
He is also a member of the pool of experts arts at the Flemish Departement of Culture, Youth and Media.
